Prepress

The whole production process of printing plates is completely automated, contactless and controlled. A couple of hundred printing plates are produced in prepress under fully climatized conditions every day. In order to avoid any dust sediments, we highly focus on cleanliness.

Printing

All our machinery is equipped with DENSITO-METRIC measuring and control systems. A permanent high quality is secured from the first to the umpteen millionth product.

Living PSO!

In March 2010 Sattler Media Press GmbH was the first German web offset printer to receive the official LIVING PSO! certificate.

LIVING PSO! is a quality control system which was developed by the two companies IPM Müller and Resing GmbH. This system combines training, consulting and software to a need-based and practical concept in order to ensure production and quality control and to avoid errors within the production process.

LIVING PSO! secures that the production process constantly stays on a transparent and controllable high level.
