Sattler Media Press has a daily output of up to 250 tons of paper. The paper webs run through the printing machines at a rate of 15 meters per second without pause. The correct deployment of the four basic colors cyan, magenta, yellow and black is of utter importance for a good printing output. Even though the pre-settings can all be determined with the help of computers, a qualified printing technician is necessary to perform last fine-tuning measures to fulfill the customer’s requests.

Formats and Sizes

We are able to accomplish almost every request regarding formats and sizes from Slim to Jumbo A2. The processes of printing and inline-finishing (such as folding, stapling, glueing and perforating) are performed in a single work step with finished products with 4, 8, 12, 16, 32, 48 or 64 DIN A4 pages leaving the machine.
